All our cookies contain gluten, and most contain nuts or may have come in contact with nuts. We advise if you have nut allergies to not consume our cookies as we cannot guarantee there is no cross contamination between flavours.

Our cookies are halal.

We currently only offer local delivery in Ottawa, Russell and Embrun. Unfortunately due to current operational restrictions we cannot offer local delivery to all addresses. When checking out if your address does not allow for delivery, order will have to be made through pick up from Russell.

Our cookie fulfilment days are currently:

Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays.

You can choose any of those dates, when available during checkout and choose a slot for morning or evening. If you have any issues or need a special bulk order for an event on a specific date, please reach out via email info@chunkicookieco.com
