Chunki Cookie Co. is a small home business operating from Russell Ontario, and serving the Ottawa region as well. Our baking chapter began way before this business when we would bake out of passion for friends and family from a young age. This passion developed into a skill, and we were constantly encouraged to sell our desserts. We finally made the decision in 2023 to officially share our sweet treats and passion for baking and turn it into something bigger. We joined the Russell market in the summer of 2023, where market attendees were raving about our cookies, and this has encouraged that menu item to continue to grow into more flavours. Our business has since undergone a rebrand heading into 2025, as we decided to turn our focus on our best selling desserts; chunky New York style cookies. We will be reintroducing more desserts in the future, however will mainly be a cookie operation. We are grateful for all the support and hope we can continue being your go to for your sweet treats, whether it’s for yourself, an event or a gift for someone special.
